3. Accuracy of ROI Calculator & Estimates
The Portfolio Capacity & ROI Calculator provided on this Site is for illustrative purposes only. The "7+ hours per scheme per month" benchmark and disbursement estimates are based on aggregated NSW Fair Trading compliance times and standard statutory reporting workflows (e.g., SSMA 2015 s43A, s86). Actual time savings and net software costs may vary depending on the specific composition of your scheme portfolios (e.g., utility vs. habitable lot ratios) and internal agency processes.
